A velvet-lined hideaway just off the colonnade.
Named for celebrated glass artist Anne Dybka OAM, this room shimmers with etched koi, heritage brick and just enough hush to make it feel like yours alone.
Best served with Burgundy, second helpings, and stories that slip past midnight.

Darling Glebe’s most whispered-about table.
Tucked beside the kitchen and lit like a secret, this is your front row seat to flavour.
