This Christmas in July, Darling Glebe is inviting Sydney onto The Naughty List.

For five weeks only, every table will receive a sealed invitation revealing three secret dishes by Chef Jeff Schroeter: one entrée, one main and one dessert. The twist? You'll only discover what's inside once you break the seal.

Every Wednesday, three new dishes appear. By Sunday, they're gone. Fifteen dishes will make a fleeting appearance across July, never to return.

Inspired by Santa's Naughty and Nice Lists, we've made one small change: at Darling Glebe, the rewards are reserved for the Naughty List.

Expect rich winter comforts, golden pastry, slow cooked favourites and desserts that make saying "I'll skip dessert" completely unrealistic.

Order one dish, all three, or simply give in to temptation. We won't judge.
