On quieter nights, Jeff steps away from the pass and into the moment.
He’ll get a feel for who you are, what you’re craving, and where the night might want to go. From there, it’s pure instinct. Off-menu dalliances he dreams up but can’t serve a full room.
Come solo or bring up to three fellow food lovers. We’ve been known to squeeze in an extra. Spend $150 or $1,000 a head. It’s entirely up to you. Jeff cooks and explains each dish as it arrives, one perfect bite at a time, while our sommelier pours wines to match the mood.
Most nights begin with a Chef’s Martini. It’s on us. The rest is yours to discover.
