Every Friday from noon, Darling Glebe swings open its doors for locals, long lunches, and those who know the best deals are made breaking bread, not in boardrooms.

Our prix fixe menu offers three courses for $66.
One week: slow-cooked brisket with horseradish cream.
The next: grilled tomato salad and a minute steak so tender it could talk back.
Another: seafood paella that brings your table to a hum.

$10 drinks (house red, white, rosé or beer) let you raise a glass without raising eyebrows. Or skip the maths and order the martini.
